Born on 1st May 1967 at Doda Jammu & Kashmir. Did schooling at Doda. Graduate in Science from Degree College Bhaderwah. Did LLB (Professional) from Jammu University in the year 1992. Enrolled as Advocate and practiced both Civil and Criminal matters in District courts at Doda and other Courts in Jammu Division. Qualified JK Civil Services Judicial (KCS) in the year 1997 and joined Judicial Services as Munsiff/JMIC in the year 1997. Promoted as Sub-Judge in the year 2003. Promoted as District & Sessions Judge in the year 2011. Served on important positions of High Court Registry as Registrar General, Principal Secretary to Hon’ble The Chief Justice, Registrar Judicial Srinagar, Joint Registrar (Protocol) Srinagar. Posted as Presiding Officer MACT Srinagar, Additional Special Judge Anticorruption Srinagar, Additional District & Sessions Judge Pulwama, Principal District & Sessions Judge Pulwama, Principal District & Sessions Judge Anantnag. Presently posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Srinagar from 24th of January 2022.
